Property Sa Misa is located in the countryside of Soleminis, a quiet village 15 km to Cagliari. This 1.5 hectare land is part of a producing  organic farm in Località Sa Misa, 1,6 km to the village, and includes a vineyard, an olive grove, an orchard and a vegetable garden.

In the vineyard, you find 2000 plants of Cannonau DOC, 500 plants of Barbera Sarda IGT with production quotas, and 1000 young plants of Vermentino. Moreover, you find 100 plants of table grapes.

In the olive grove, we find 200 pruned and well-kept century-old olive trees.

Orchard and vegetable garden

In the orchard there are 30 trees including pears, apricots, kaki, oranges, plums, peaches and cherries.

The property includes a vegetable garden of about 2000 sqm.

You access the partially fenced land by a convenient provincial dirt road.

The property does NOT have electricity and a well easement is possible.

Gross annual income is 20000 euros.

It is possible to purchase additional 5 hectares of neighbouring uncultivated agricultural land.
